 A customer, who was extremely satisfied with our toolbox latch, has placed an additional order. We are very grateful for the customer's recognition of our product, which gives us even more confidence and motivation to continue designing excellent products.

The customer asked about the available inventory when placing the order. Our response was that we can guarantee a small amount of stock, but larger quantities would require a bulk order. Is this response appropriate? From a factory perspective, we aim to minimize inventory due to cost considerations. However, from the customer's perspective, they may prefer the factory to have a larger inventory for supply. What are your thoughts on this matter?
