Today, I received another message from a US client regarding their new order for customized rotary latch.

This US client initially reached out to us through an inquiry and purchased a sample of our ZT402 rotary push to closed latch for testing. After the test, the client provided feedback and requested some design modifications for the sample of rotary latch, like changing lever position, M6 thread ,left and right hand, two stages. Our engineering team re-designed the sample according to the client's specifications and sent a video of the tested sample for their pre-approval before sending it out.

The client was very satisfied upon receiving the sample of the Customized Concealed Panel Latch and placed a bulk order. Although the order quantity was not too large, our team decided to ensure the best quality for this customized rotary latch. I remember during the production process, the client had additional requirements. Our colleagues responsible for sales and after-sales service patiently and promptly followed up, resulting in the client receiving a satisfactory product and giving us positive feedback for our responsible attitude.

After around one month, this US client approached us again, intending to place a new order. They have new requirements, and we are currently in the process of following up.

Every day, we encounter different individuals, who are our different clients with different matters. As long as we have confidence and conviction to handle these issues, we will surely make progress and achieve success.
