Today, under the guidance of my supervisor, I learned how to develop new customers. The channels for customer development primarily involve using Google or the XiaoMan APP. The approach for customer development is to send development emails to prospective customers.

To develop customers using Google, the specific steps involve first performing keyword searches on Google. When selecting keywords, it is important to choose broader terms and focus on applicable keywords, such as RV, latches, and cabinet locks. Once the customer's company website is found through keyword searches, it can be copied and pasted into the XiaoMan APP for further research. The customer can then be added as a lead and a development email can be sent to them.

To develop customers using the XiaoMan APP, the process is similar and also involves performing keyword searches. In terms of keyword selection, directly searching for phrases like RV locks or latch is acceptable. However, it is important to note that customers found through this method might be from the same industry, so it is necessary to exercise caution when adding them. The subsequent steps for development are the same as the previous method.

After learning the process of developing customers, it is important to practice more in subsequent work to gain more inquiries.
