One of our customers from Australia has been purchasing rectangular button locks S6209-2, for RV caravan motorhome Drawer Cabinet Cupboard Storage Compartment, from our company. We have customized this lock for him in four colors, gold brushed, nickel brushed, matte black and flat white. The locks we provide our customers are of durable quality, the lock colors we customized based on the customer's color palette are also very popular in the Australian market. Thereby, in order to expand the market, the customer recently sent us a new color palette and asked us to customize new samples for confirmation.

In order to support our customer’s new business plan, we arrange production of the new samples for free. But there is something terrible happened, when we ship the goods to the Electroplating factory to make the surface finishing, he make a mistake that the customer asked for the color of copper brushing, but they only made the same color as the color plate but without the brushed effect. After found that, we called to Electroplating factory and ask the reason, but what made us be confused and angry is that the Electroplating factory replied they made the samples as same as the color palette, the fact is that he only made the copper color while without brushed effected.

In order to provide the samples to customer as soon as possible, we urgently arrange another Electroplating factory to make the surface finishing immediately. We will provide the samples to our customer as soon as possible. And hope the new products can accept by Australia market.
