Discuss Delivery Details

The summer holiday is coming, we found that many customers began to have a long holiday. Today, the products ordered by one of our customers have been finished production. All these three types RV furniture locks are popular in European market.Then we contacted him to communicate the shipment by email, but we received an automatic email from his mailbox, telling me that he was on holiday for more than 20 days. In order not to delay the delivery of customers, we tried to contact his colleague, but we received an automatic email soon which tells me that our email will be forwarded to other colleague. Eventually, after three attempts, we got in touch with our customer and discussed the shipping details.
