Customized Electric Whale Tail Locks Are Ready For Shipment

One of our customers from Australia ordered four colors of electric whale tail locks, of which the white one was customized to him. 

During the production period, the customer reported that the gears of the central locking of whale tail locks received before would loosen after a period of use, resulting in the inability to open and close the lock normally. After receiving the customer's feedback, we asked the customer to take more photos and videos for us to understand the problem more clearly, and then reported the problem to the Quality Control Department, and finally confirmed that the cause of the problem was that the customer used too high a voltage. Our conventional electric whale tail locks are suitable for voltages of about 12V (can be used normally within the voltage range of 8V to 14V). The customer used a voltage of 12-24V, so our whale tail locks with actuator would have problems after using it for a period of time. 

After understanding the cause of the problem, we recommended to the customer to replace it with our new motor, a universal motor of 12V&24V, so that the lock would not have problems due to the customer's use of too high a voltage. Now the customer's new order has been produced and will be shipped to the customer next week. We hope that the customer will be satisfied after receiving the product, and we are very confident about this！
