Today,  new colleagues has joined our foreign trade team. To facilitate their smooth integration into the company environment and new job position, the company has arranged training for the new employees. The training content includes:

1. Introduction to JUFU's business history, mission, scale, and future prospects to motivate employees to contribute actively to JUFU's prosperity.
2. Communication of JUFU's culture, values, and goals.
3. Introduction to JUFU's rules and regulations and job responsibilities to ensure employees consciously adhere to the company's regulations, and that all work is carried out according to the rules, standards, procedures, and systems set by the company.
4. Introduction to the company's internal organizational structure, power systems, the service coordination network and processes between departments, as well as the feedback mechanisms of relevant departments.
5. Foreign trade business training to familiarize new employees with the necessary main skills and relevant information to successfully perform their respective duties.
6. Introduction to JUFU's scope of operations, main products, market positioning, target customers, and competitive environment to enhance new employees' market awareness. 7. Introduction to the standards for employee behavior and conduct within the company.

The president of JUFU, during a training session, stated, "Recruitment is the starting point of managing new employees, and employee training is a continuation of the company's management of them. For individuals, employee training is a process of further understanding and familiarizing themselves with the company. Through this familiarity and understanding, it not only helps alleviate the new employees' unfamiliarity and psychological pressure in a new environment, but also reduces any unrealistic expectations they may have about the company. It enables them to correctly perceive the company's work standards, requirements, and benefits, therefore facilitating a smooth transition during the probationary period and ensuring long-term commitment to the company."
