Recently, we treated a customer from Switzerland who showed interest in our company's best-selling product, the Toolbox lock, model 2960. After communicating with him, we learned that hi is also interested in our other products, but hi is willing to order with the 2960 model first for the beginning. However, after further conversation, hi expressed that the size of our 2960 product are not what they need. Hi inquired if customization is possible, but since the small quantity requested by him and hi reluctance to pay for mold fees, hi ultimately did not choose our 2960 product. Later on, hi inquired our another popular product, the model P606. We reached an agreement on the product price and the shipping cost, and after sending the payment link, hi raised concerns about the size of our product. We compared his product drawing with our own product drawing and confirmed that it is the same size. However, hit insisted on a discrepancy. We tried reaching out to him again, but hi stopped responding. Is there any way to convince him that the product we offered is indeed what hi needed?
