We have a strict quality control system

Recently, our QC found during inspection that our Caravan Toolbox lock, Whale Tail Lock did not completely tighten the M10 nut when installing it, so he reported it to the quality department. The quality engineer analyzed the cause and found that the air tool with torque power we used was aging and the force was not enough to completely tighten the nut. After that, they proposed several improvement plans. After testing, they found that they needed to replace the 10h air tool with torque power, which would just be able to completely tighten the nut. So they reported the improvement measures to the purchasing department and applied for a replacement of the 10h air tool with torque power. The timely discovery of the problem is attributed to our strict quality control system: Every processes from raw material to process and assembly are rigorously checked by QC control and lab facility testing evaluation,including anti-shaking, pull testing, torque testing, waterproof testing, salt spray testing, UV-resistant testing and other environmentally testing.
