Today, we shipped a new order from a customer from Argentina. The customer ordered Paddle Latch ZT839 and S6210 last time. After receiving our products, he was very satisfied with the quality of our products and told us that he would continue to cooperate with us. 

Before the customer placed this new order, he gave us feedback that the lock cylinder of our Paddle Latch S6210 was smoother than the lock cylinder of ZT839 during use, and asked us to ｒｅｐｌａｃｅ the lock cylinder of ZT839 with the lock cylinder of S6210 when producing the lock cylinder of the new order. After we received this request from him, we immediately had a meeting with our engineers, but after checking the lock cylinders of the two products, our engineers found that the lock cylinders of the two products were different in size, so they could not be replaced. After knowing the situation, the customer expressed understanding, but still came to us to purchase these two locks.
