The S6209-2 Rectangle Shape Push Button Latch for RV order from an Australian client will be ready in the next two days. This customer is a distributor with strict requirements for the appearance of the products. This order includes S6209-2 Motorhome Cabinet Latch in golden brush and Cupboard Door Knob Latch for Camper in nickel brush, both of which require polishing and plating. Any issues in either process would require redoing the entire batch. Hence, the rejection rate for these two products is relatively high. We have a highly meticulous quality control team (QC) to ensure that each product meets the customer's satisfaction.

The buttons and rings of 6209-2 push button lock for Motorhome cupboard have been plated today.  During the QC prior to assembly, we discovered minor bubbles on the side of some of the nickel brush rings. Though this issue wouldn't affect the appearance once installed, we detected and removed them promptly. The assembly has been completed, and the shipment will be made within the agreed deadline.
