Today, another reperchase customer from Australia provided feedback regarding the previous batch of JF7892 whale tail lock. He mentioned that several sets of screws included in JF7892 Compression Folding T Lock package were longer and not compatible with the locks. After verifying with our factory, it was discovered that there was an error during the packaging process, and screws meant for JF7893 electric Ute toolbox latch were mistakenly included. We immediately informed the relevant department in the factory to replace these screw components for the customer free of charge. Additionally, we promised the customer to include extra screw packages with future orders.
