Yesterday, one of our customers reported that our whale tail lock with central locking, JF7893 for heavy duty caravan Truck Tool Boxes, did not respond after being powered on. Our company immediately arranged for an engineer, Mr Cheng, to analyze the reason. After Mr Cheng arrived driving for 3 hours, he found that the customer had used too much force during installation, causing the solder wire to be broken. After discovering the cause, he reconnected the wires by himself. When Mr Cheng observed the customer installing the actuator whale tail lock, T Handle remote control, he found that the plastic roller blocked the door frame. He took the initiative to explain to the customer that firstly they needed to open the lock making the lock cylinder open, and then adjusted the position of the plastic roller to keep it away from the door frame.

After installation, Mr Cheng discovered that the customer was using a very bulky battery device to test whether the electric whale tail lock, for boat container truck toolbox, was working well or not. In order to facilitate the customer's testing, he rushed back to the company to design and produce a simple battery device, and drove to the customer in the afternoon. He helps customers test the function of whale tail lock with central locking, by using a simple battery device he designed. The customer used six of our actuator whale tail locks on a RV. With the help of Mr Cheng, it originally took them a day to install the locks, but in the end it only took a few hours to install them all. After Mr Cheng returned to the company, the customer expressed great gratitude to our company and especially thanked Mr Cheng.

It is worth mentioning that after Mr Cheng returned to the company, he immediately made upgrades and improvements for our products based on what he learned from the customers, so that they can install them efficiently about they next order’s products:

1. Change the position of the solder wire outlet of the central locking model to prevent customers from tearing the solder wire during installation.

2. Let our workers make the barrel open when assembling the electric whale tail lock, so that customers can install it directly.
