Meeting customer customization needs

As mentioned before, one of our Australian customers is interested in our toolbox locks and electric whale tail locks. We first sent samples to the customer, and him told us that after he tested our products, there was only one thing that did not meet his needs. After installing the lock, he could not close the toolbox. After communication, we found that this was because the cut out size reserved by the customer for the whale tail locks with central locking was different from the cut out size of most toolboxes, so the toolbox could not be closed after installing the lock. Our engineers made a new mold and customized the bracket for the customer according to the customer's requirements. After receiving the sample, the customer found that the toolbox could be closed, but could not be locked. So we continued to improve the bracket for the customer. During this period, the customer gave us feedback again, hoping that we could change the direction of the cable from the regular downward to upward. The samples we customized according to customer requirements have been fully produced, and we will arrange to send the samples to customers this week. We hope that the customer will be satisfied with our customized samples.
