High-quality zinc alloy manufacturing

A customer from South Africa was interested in our compression latch lock, Toolbox Lock and requested us to customize a stainless steel bracket for him. We learned from the communication with him that the bracket provided by his previous supplier was made of zinc alloy, but it was very easy to break, so he request us to customize a stainless steel bracket for him. After checking the structure of the lock, our engineer said that we could open a new mold to customize a stainless steel bracket for the customer, but the price would be a little higher than our regular zinc alloy lock. Our Trailer Compression Latch Lock 2980 has been made for many years and has always been made of zinc alloy, but we have never received customer feedback saying that the bracket is broken because we use high-quality zinc alloy materials. We made this clear to the customer and suggested him to buy our samples for testing first. If our product quality is good, there is no need to customize a stainless steel lock. The customer finally accepted our suggestion. Today we received feedback from him that the quality of our lock meets their requirements and the bracket will not break.We are glad that our product quality has been recognized by customers, and we will continue to provide customers with such high-quality products.
